SERGEANT FRANK ROBINSON
Frank started in police work in 1993 at the Lemon Township Police Department.  He came to Monroe part-time in 1994 and has been a full-time officer since 1995.  Frank graduated from Manatee Community College in Bradenton, Florida with an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice.  Duke is a four and a half year old German Shepherd.  He was imported from Czechoslovakia and has been a member of the Monroe Police Department since 1994.  Duke and Frank attended and successfully completed a 14-week patrol dog school and holds a state certification in minimum standards.
