OFFICER
BOBBY SPARKS
Officer Sparks has 20 years in law enforcement. He graduated in 1978 from the Lebanon Police Academy. He was hired in 1978 as the first Cadet with Monroe. Officer Sparks worked as a Detective from 1983 to 1984. Promoted to the position of Sergeant in 1990, he is certified in Radar and Street Survival. During his career, he received numerous awards. In 1980 he was voted "Officer of the Year" and received the "Top Gun" award twice and also in the Academy. In 1983 he had 211 felony indictments and he has the most arrests in all categories. He also worked undercover for two years with Dayton Police Department in the Organized Crime Unit. Bobby enjoys softball, hunting and fishing.
